Suspended solids down from 250 to 10 ppm.<\/p>\n<p>We have supplied and commissioned three Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) packages for a power plant in Saudi Arabia, where they operate as secondary clarifiers.<\/p>\n<p>Each unit at a glance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inlet flow rate: 300 m\u00b3\/h<\/li>\n<li>Inlet TSS: 250 ppm \u2192 outlet TSS: 10 ppm<\/li>\n<li>Saturated water recirculation: 42 m\u00b3\/h<\/li>\n<li>Flotation tank: 11.35 \u00d7 3.9 \u00d7 2.7 m (L \u00d7 W \u00d7 H), with bottom and surface scrapers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each package includes skid-mounted auxiliaries: polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing system, compressed air unit, saturated water recirculation pump and saturation vessel, static mixer and PLC control panel with HMI.<\/p>\n<p>Designed and built in Italy, commissioned on site by our team.<\/p>\n<p>Facing a similar challenge?
