CPI separator for an offshore platform

We have supplied and commissioned three Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) packages for a power plant in Saudi Arabia, where they operate as secondary clarifiers.

Each unit at a glance:

• Inlet flow rate: 300 m³/h
• Inlet TSS: 250 ppm → outlet TSS: 10 ppm
• Saturated water recirculation: 42 m³/h
• Flotation tank: 11.35 × 3.9 × 2.7 m (L × W × H), with bottom and surface scrapers

Each package includes skid-mounted auxiliaries: polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing system, compressed air unit, saturated water recirculation pump and saturation vessel, static mixer and PLC control panel with HMI.

Designed and built in Italy, commissioned on site by our team.
